Turkey Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

▢1 pound ground turkey ▢½ cup Italian bread Crumbs ▢½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated ▢1 teaspoon onion powder ▢1 teaspoon garlic salt (with parsley flakes) ▢1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning ▢¼ cup milk ▢1 egg, beaten

STEP-1

Preheat oven to 375°F Use cooking spray to spray a large cookie sheet.

In a large bowl, mix turkey, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning. Then add the milk and egg. Mix until combined.

STEP-3

Divide the mixture into 15 balls. (They'll be just under ¼ cup each.) Place them on the greased cookie sheet.

STEP-4

Bake for 15-20 minutes. A meat thermometer would read 165°F.

Serve with your favorite meatball dinner, such as pasta and marinara sauce.
