▢2 8 ounce packages cream cheese softened ▢1 teaspoon seasoning salt ▢1/2 cup red bell pepper chopped ▢1 tablespoon green onions chopped ▢1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple completely drained ▢1 cup pecans chopped
STEP-1
Combine cream cheese, salt, chopped bell pepper, chopped green onions and crushed pineapple in a medium mixing bowl.
STEP-2
Make one large cheese ball out of mix (or you can divide in two and make two smaller ones).
STEP-3
Roll in chopped pecans and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
STEP-4
If mix is too runny, refrigerate before forming into a ball.

Serve with crackers, veggies and more!
