▢1 cup sugar ▢1 cup light corn syrup ▢3 tbsp butter ▢1 tsp vanilla extract ▢3 extra-large eggs lightly beaten ▢1 cup chopped pecans ▢1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
STEP-1
In a saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil your sugar, corn syrup, butter and vanilla.
STEP-2
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
STEP-3
Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
STEP-4
Mix in eggs until well blended.
STEP-5
Place pecans in pie shell. Pour sugar mixture over pecans.
STEP-6
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
