Peanut Butter-S'mores Greek Yogurt Bark

INGREDIENTS

3 cups whole-milk plain Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter 2 tablespoons mini semisweet chocolate chips 2 tablespoons mini marshmallows 3 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs

STEP-1

Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Combine yogurt, honey and peanut butter in a medium bowl; stir to mix well.

Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

STEP-4

Scatter chocolate chips, marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs on top.

STEP-5

Freeze until solid, at least 3 hours.

 To serve, cut or break into 32 pieces.
