Mexican Hot Chocolate Recipe

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup sugar ▢2 tablespoons all-purpose flour ▢¼ cup cocoa ▢1-1½ cups cold water ▢¼ teaspoon salt ▢1 teaspoon cinnamon ▢¾ teaspoon cloves ▢6 cups milk ▢whipped cream ▢nutmeg ▢1 teaspoon vanilla extract

STEP-1

In a medium pot, combine sugar, flour, cocoa, water, and spices.

 Cook for 4 minutes over medium heat.

Add milk and let scald but do not boil.

Stir in vanilla and remove from heat.
