STEP-1
Add several cups of water to a pot (enough water to cover the carrots by 1-2 inches).
STEP-2
Sprinkle with garlic salt and bring to a boil on MEDIUM-HIGH heat.
STEP-3
Add carrots and cook for 5 to 8 minutes or until fork tender.
STEP-4
Drain the water from the pot. Add butter, honey, lemon juice, pepper, and garlic salt. Cook on LOW for 5-7 minutes or until carrots are coated with glaze.

Add more salt and pepper to taste and garnish with dried parsley.
