1 (8-ounce) can crescent dough sheet, or 1(8-ounce) can crescent rolls ▢¼ cup pizza sauce ▢2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese ▢32 pepperonis ▢1 egg ▢1 tablespoon water ▢pizza seasoning ▢grated parmesan cheese ▢2 medium pitted ripe olives, sliced
STEP-1
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
STEP-2
Unroll dough onto cookie sheet making sure the long side of the pan is facing you.
STEP-3
Brush pizza sauce onto the middle of the dough and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese down the middle. Add pepperoni slices (4 across, 8 down) on top of the cheese, overlapping a little bit. Sprinkle with pizza seasoning.

Using kitchen scissors, make cuts 1 inch part and about 2 inches deep onto both sides of the dough to within ½ inch of the filling. Fold up the bottom edge of the dough, and alternately cross strips of dough over the filling. Fold up last edge of the dough making sure to seal.
STEP-5
In a small bowl, make an egg wash by whisking the water and egg. Brush the dough with the egg mixture and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Add 2 sliced olives for eyes.

Bake for 16-20 minutes or until golden brown.
