Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup lime juice ▢1/3 cup white wine vinegar ▢1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves ▢3 tbsp sugar ▢1 jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped ▢1 tsp minced garlic minced ▢3/4 tsp garlic salt (with parsley flakes) ▢1/2 cup olive oil

Add lime juice, vinegar, cilantro, sugar, jalapeño, garlic and garlic salt to a blender and process together.

While processing the ingredients gradually add the oil on a steady stream.
