Buffalo Chicken Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS

▢2 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes ▢salt and pepper to taste ▢1 tbsp olive oil ▢2 tbsp butter ▢1/2 cup hot sauce ▢1 tbsp salad seasoning mix McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning ▢2 heads romaine lettuce cut into small pieces ▢1 tbsp crumbled blue cheese plus 1 tbsp for garnish ▢croutons

STEP-1

Make dressing by mixing mayo, milk, and ranch mix. Stir in bleu cheese and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

STEP-2

Add vegetable oil to a large skillet and cook on MED-HIGH heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until slightly browned and cooked through.

STEP-3

Reduce heat to low and add butter, hot. sauce and salad seasoning mix. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove chicken keeping any of the hot sauce needed to toss in with the salad.

Toss together the lettuce and bleu cheese ranch dressing.

STEP-6

Top with the chicken pieces, croutons and bleu cheese crumbles. Serve immediately.
