▢vegetable oil ▢½ cup all-purpose flour ▢1 tsp Italian seasoning ▢2 tsp garlic powder ▢¼ tsp black pepper ▢¾ cup water ▢1 head cauliflower ▢1½-2 cups Panko bread crumbs ▢1 cup buffalo sauce
STEP-1
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
STEP-2
While the oil is heating whisk together flour, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl. Add water and mix until smooth.
STEP-3
Add part of the florets to the batter and toss to coat.
STEP-4
Dip florets in a pie pan filled with Panko.
STEP-5
Fry in the oil (until golden brown). Continue until all the florets are fried. Quickly toss (do not soak) florets in warm buffalo sauce.
