Banana Oatmeal Pancakes Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour ▢3/4 cup old-fashioned oats ▢1 tbsp sugar ▢2 tbsp baking powder ▢1/2 tsp cinnamon ▢1 egg ▢1 1/3 cup milk ▢1 cup bananas mashed ▢2 tbsp vegetable oil ▢1 tbsp butter ▢berries optional topping ▢bananas optional topping

STEP-1

Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon in a large bowl.

In another bowl, mix the egg, milk, banana and oil.

Add to dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Let batter rest for at least 5 minutes.

STEP-4

Melt butter on griddle and pour batter in 1/4 cups onto hot griddle.

When there are bubbles on top, flip over and cook until golden brown.
