▢2 packages Ramen Noodles without seasoning packets ▢1/2 cup butter ▢1 cup slivered almonds ▢1/2 cup sunflower seeds ▢1 1/2 cups chicken cooked and cubed ▢1/3 cup rice vinegar ▢2/3 cup sugar ▢1/3 cup olive oil ▢2 tbsp soy sauce ▢1 tbsp mustard (optional) ▢1 package coleslaw
STEP-1
Break up Ramen Noodles into small pieces and place in a pan.
STEP-2
Add ½ cup butter, almonds, and sunflower seeds and cook for 8-10 minutes on low-medium heat.
STEP-3
In a large bowl, add coleslaw, ramen noodle mixture and chicken.
STEP-4
Make dressing by combining rice vinegar, sugar, olive oil, soy sauce, and mustard in a small bowl.
STEP-5
Add dressing and mix well. Serve coleslaw chilled.
