INGREDIENTS

3 medium ripe avocados 1 medium jalapeño pepper, finely chopped ¼ cup finely chopped red or white onion ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro 2 tablespoons lime juice 1 clove garlic, grated ½ teaspoon salt

Mash avocados in a medium bowl with a fork.
